About Us
Mindful Meadows started with one goal in mind, to help others achieve mindfulness through a relationship with the earth and pollinators.
Garden Walkabout: Let’s have a conversation about your landscape and will answer plant questions, offer information on earth friendly garden care and provide ideas on ways to update the look of your garden. A walkabout can include plant recommendations, sketches, and gardening tips that will welcome native plants, shrubs, and trees back home.

Benefits of Nature
Nature reduces stress and anxiety. One explanation for this is that nature provides a respite from the constant effort to screen out competing stimuli in our busy lives. Because humans find nature inherently engrossing, we don't have to make an effort to focus when presented with natural views. This reduces mental fatigue and refreshes the mind.
